When your client's credit card expires or fails to process for some other reason, we will automatically notify you by email. Additionally, the app will be taken offline.
We will automatically email your client to let them know, and provide them with a link they can use to update their credit card information in case it has expired. However, it is a good idea to also give them a call to make sure they know their App is offline. If they give you their new credit card details, you can update their billing info yourself.
In that case, in order to get the app back online:
- Reach out to your client and get their updated credit card details
- Log into your account: https://builder.stickyalbums.com
- Click on Payments
- Click on Manage Clients
- Click on View next to the clients checkout page details.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page - and you will have a link that you can click to update their credit card details.
- Once the card is updated and payment goes through the app will turn back on.
