When your client's credit card expires or fails to process for some other reason, we will automatically notify you by email.   

The system will automatically email your client to let them know, and provide them with a link they can use to update their credit card information in case it has expired.  

Their app will continue to work, even if payment fails.  We recommend that you reach out to your client to obtain updated payment information. 

To update the payment information for your client:

1. Reach out to your client and get their updated credit card details

2. Log into your account:  https://builder.stickyalbums.com

3. Select the Payments tab

4. Click the box Manage Clients

5. Slect View next to the clients checkout page details.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page - and you will have a link that you can click to update their credit card details.

7. Once the card is updated and payment goes through the app will turn back on.
