When you are in the Builder dashboard, you may notice a Billing column with different colored circles:  grey, green, yellow, and/or red.

Here is what each of the circles means:

To be more specific

  • Grey - No client associated with this app - The App has not yet been associated with a Payment page and sold to a client.  There is nothing you need to do (except to try to get it sold :) )

  • Green - Everything looks good - Your client's credit card is being successfully charged for their App.  There is nothing you need to do.

  • Yellow - Client's card will expire before renewal - Your client's credit card will expire before their next billing date.  If they don't update their credit card billing information before the billing date their App will be taken offline.  Don't worry, we will automatically send them an email 30 days before letting them know, and providing them with a link to update their credit card details themself.  We'll also remind them 7 days before, 2 days before, and on the biling date itself to make sure they have time to update their payment info.  More details on the emails that we send can be found by clicking here.  There is nothing you need to do.  However, optionally, it is a great idea to give them a call to ensure they know to update their payment details.  If you get their payment details you can also update their credit card info for them by accessing their account in the Builder

  • Red - Client's app has been taken offline - Your client's App is offline.  If you need assistance or have any questions when your client's App has been taken offline, email us at support@getstickyapps.com
