If you want to charge a small business with any other currency, you will need to select USD (or any of the other supported currenceies in the builder) when you create your checkout pages.  Then when the client pays, the credit card's issuing bank will convert from the payment from the Currency on the invoice to your local currency at the time of the charge, based on conversion rates at the time.  Both the price your client pays and the monthly fee can fluctuate slightly based on changes in conversion rate.
