The text for Section Headers defaults to white for all the themes.
We have done this by design because white stands out well on most images and this font color is a becoming a standard in the industry.
If you are having trouble viewing the text in combination with the image you have selected, we recommend you change the Section Header color and the opacity of the header color. Read: Text Visibilty
